One lane in each direction will be widened from west of Cain Boulevard to SR 7 (441), up to the eastern point where there is a median with work beginning in November and will take 5 months. Cost will be $1.1-MM.

With 2 recently redone championship golf courses, 29 clay courts (11 are lighted) and fully stocked golf and tennis pro shops Polo Club provide sa wonderful lifestyle to those members who are "so-inclined."

For the others, there are classes, lectures, card rooms, exercise machines and classes (including water aerobics) and massages and a beauty salon are available on the premises. A "world class" 50,000 sq ft spa features a huge room with many fitness machines and spin bikes, whirlpools in locker rooms for ladies and for men, exercise classrooms, squash, racquetball, indoor activities for teens and children and personal trainers.

There is a Children's Activity Center for ages 2-8. There are dinner dances planned by a Social Committee and trips and talks planned by a Cultural Arts Committee. Day and Evening trips to shows are available. Book Review meetings are held, and arts and crafts classes are available. The Polo Solos are an active singles group with meetings, dinners, social events, and they sponsor a weekly free movie for all members.

INVESTORS TAKE NOTE: you can rent out your property twice a year for a minimum period of one month each time, and the renter pays a fee to the club for leasing.

Schools are Spady Elementary, Carver Middle and Spanish River High Schools.
